FAQ

  • - A full time student at Cornell University

    - Have and maintain a 2.0+ GPA

    - Majoring in an engineering or technical major
    (This includes ABET-accredited majors, as well as other majors that were approved specifically for Cornell. If you want to check the approval status of your major, email us at aoe-recruitment@cornell.edu!)

    - In most cases, you cannot be a member of a local or national greek organization
    (This includes other social sororites, certain professional fraternities, and some service organizations (ie: APO). If you want to see the dual-member enrollment status of an organization you're a part of, email us at aoe-recruitment@cornell.edu!)

    Info sessions are strongly recommended, but not required.

    We don’t have a set number of acceptances, and cuts depend on how many applications we get and how rounds go.

    If it's before submitting the application, make note of the round you cannot make on the application. If it's after submitting the application, please email us ASAP with as much information as possible to aoe-recruitment@cornell.edu
